Lead times, local delivery and installation, returns, and how refunds work.

Overview

Level Up Garage Door is primarily a local installation and service company serving Queen Creek and the East Valley of Arizona. Most products in our Shop are sold with installed pricing — you reserve online and we deliver and install locally rather than ship a box to you. This policy explains lead times, delivery, returns, and refunds.

Service Area & Local Delivery

We deliver and install within our Arizona service area (Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Casa Grande, and nearby communities). Delivery and installation are scheduled with you directly. If you are outside our service area, contact us before ordering.

Lead Times

In-stock openers and standard steel doors are typically scheduled within a few business days. Custom and special-order doors (for example, carriage-house and full-view aluminum doors) are made to order and generally take a few weeks; we confirm the estimated timeline before you commit.

Deposits

Custom and special-order items may require a deposit at the time of order. The deposit amount is disclosed before you pay and is applied to your final balance.

Returns & Refunds

  • Before installation / before a special order is placed: you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Stock products (uninstalled, unused, original condition): may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any delivery cost; a restocking fee may apply.
  • Custom / special-order doors and parts: are non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer, except where the item is defective or damaged.
  • Completed installation labor is non-refundable, but is covered by our workmanship warranty.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your product on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you, and coordinate any applicable manufacturer warranty claim.

Manufacturer & Workmanship Warranties

Doors, openers, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty per their terms. Our installation labor is backed by our workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice.
