These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of levelupgaragedoor.com and the products and services offered by Level Up Garage Door, Inc. (“Level Up Garage Door,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We provide residential and commercial garage door repair, installation, maintenance, opener service, and related products in Queen Creek and the greater East Valley of Arizona. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and site conditions.
Prices shown on the Site are starting estimates for typical jobs and may change based on door size, parts, access, and conditions found on site. We provide the exact price before work begins. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to parts availability.
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled windows but do not guarantee specific arrival times. Our labor is backed by our workmanship warranty as described on your invoice; manufacturer warranties apply to parts and doors per the manufacturer’s terms.
Products listed in our Shop are offered with installed pricing for our local service area. Submitting a reservation or order request is an offer to purchase; it is accepted only when we confirm scheduling and availability. We may decline or cancel any request, including for pricing errors, unavailability, or locations outside our service area.
Accepted payment methods and any required deposit are stated at the time of booking. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount agreed. Balances are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us in advance. Custom-ordered doors and special-order parts may be non-cancellable once ordered; see our Shipping & Refunds policy.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site lawfully. Do not submit false, abusive, or automated submissions, or attempt to disrupt the Site. Information you submit through our forms is handled under our Privacy Policy.
The Site and its content — including text, logos, graphics, and photos — are owned by or licensed to Level Up Garage Door, Inc. and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Garage Door is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not affect the warranty on services we perform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level Up Garage Door from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa or Pinal County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Level Up Garage Door, Inc. is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona under AZ ROC #310382.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
