High-End Custom Garage Door Installs Across the East Valley
By Jesse Clark, Owner · April 12, 2026
When a builder or homeowner wants a garage door that becomes the centerpiece of the elevation, we get the call. Recently we installed a set of beautiful Clopay Canyon Ridge carriage-house doors for Ember Custom Homes in Gilbert, including the oversized RV-garage door — and the difference a real wood-look door makes on a custom home is hard to overstate.
Why custom doors are worth it
A custom or designer door does three things at once: it lifts curb appeal (and resale), it's usually better insulated than a builder-grade door, and the hardware is heavier-duty so it lasts. We walk every client through material (steel, faux-wood composite, real wood, full-view aluminum), insulation R-value, and window and hardware options before anything is ordered.
Full-view aluminum for modern homes
For contemporary builds we install full-view aluminum garage doors — anodized frames with frosted or clear glass that flood the garage with light and read as architectural glass from the street. They're a favorite in Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Paradise Valley.
